REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION GUIDELINES

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION OF YOUR WARD FOR SESSION 2021-22

1. Fill up the necessary information in the enrollment form.

2. After filling up the enrollment form a registration link will be sent on your registered email-id.

3. Parents to open the link and register their ward for session 2021-22 with a successful payment.

*Please note that the amount paid is non-refundable and will not be adjusted in school fee

A student seeking admission to any class in ‘School’ will be eligible for admission to that only if he/she:

  •  Has been studying in a School recognized by or affiliated to CBSE or another recognized Board of Secondary Education in India.
  • Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him/her eligible for admission to that class.
  • Satisfies the requirements of age limit (minimum and maximum) as determined by the State Government.

Day Scholars-Fee must be paid quarterly in the authorized bank by the parents/guardians as per schedule given in the fee booklet. Parents can also pay advance fee of their ward for the complete session.

Re-admission will depend upon the availability of the seat at the discretion of the Principal.

  • Parents desiring to use the School Transport may apply on the prescribed format to the Principal. Bus facility is available for girls from classes Ny. to XII and boys from classes Ny. to X only. They have to pay the Transport charges along with their tuition fees.
  • Parents desiring to discontinue with bus service are required to intimate the Principal in writing, at least three months in advance, otherwise they have to pay  three months transport charges.
  •  A clear three months notice or tuition fee in lieu thereof, is to be given when a student  leaves the School.

  • In case of withdrawal, transfer certificate and security deposit will be released on  clearance of the school dues.

  •  Security will be refunded only if the application is submitted at the time of withdrawal  of the student or within one month of the declaration of Board Results.

  • If a Hostel student wants to  withdraw, three months notice and whole session fee in lieu of that has to be paid.

  •  The Principal in the interest of the school, can ask the parents to withdraw their ward if the student has failed to honour the discipline of the School/ boarding house and his/her continued presence is detrimental for the interest of the school/boarding house.

Note

  • In order to get registered to class 10+1, the candidate must have cleared all the subjects in Pre-Board.
  • All charges and rules are subject to change without any advance information/notice.
